Scottish Rite Lodge of Perfection Dinner and Business Meeting

Join your Scottish Rite Brethren for the October Lodge of Perfection dinner and meeting, celebrating the Feast of Tishri. Lodge meeting to follow. Please call the Scottish Rite Masonic Center at (402) 342-1300 to make your reservations for the dinner and meeting.

The origin of the Feast of Tishri is described in the book of Leviticus where it is said that the Lord spoke unto Moses, saying that on the fifteenth day of the month of Tishri of the Hevrew civil calendar, "ye shall have gathered in the fruit of the land, ye shall keep a feast unto the Lord." The Feast of Tishri is the Hebrew equivalent of Thanksgiving or Harvest festival, and celebrates the symbolic re-dedication of King Solomon's Temple and our re-dedication to our fraternity and brethren, making this feast truly a Masonic evening.

Dinner is open to members, guests, prospective members, and family. Cost is $10/person for dinner reservations. Baby sitting available. Please call the office for reservations or more information.
