Scottish Rite Foundation of Omaha annual fundraisers
Century Club
Founded in 1979, the Century Club has been the mainstay for funds to the Foundation. Many of our membership pledge to donate $100 each year for at least ten years. Many have continued this practice which makes the Century Club so successful. Each year a catered dinner is held to honor these men that have contributed for so many years. In 2016, Dr. Amy Nordness, Director of the Nebraska RiteCare Clinics will be keynote speaker, talking about the value of early intervention therapy for children with speech disorders.
To join the Century Club, members are asked to make a $100, $250, or $500 annual donation. Donors are recognized with a handsome plaque with a tab for each year they donate, invitation to the Century Club dinner, and recognition on the Century Club donor's wall in the Scottish Rite first floor dining room.
RiteCare Classic Golf Outing
The RiteCare Classic Golf Outing started more than 20 years ago as a social event with the “extra” money going to the Foundation. Today it has grown into a viable source of annual income to the Foundation. Men and women enjoy a day of Texas Scramble golf, beginning with lunch, and finishing with raffle prizes. In 2017, the RiteCare Classic raised over $16,000 for RiteCare speech and language therapy!
In 2018, the RiteCare Classic Golf Outing will be on June 13, 2018 at Pacific Springs Golf Club (168th and Harney). Registration is $100 and foursomes are $400. Sponsorships are $250, with sponsor recognition at each hole and listing in the program. A foursome and sponsorship is $600, a $50 savings.
Register here as a single player or team, or purchase a sponsorship. For each $100 registration, $55 may be considered a tax-deduction. 100% of sponsorships are tax-deductible.
